Order Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received.

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

• We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL to domestic and international locations.

Shipping Costs & Insurance

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Customers are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance. While we take great care in packaging your order securely, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

• If you would like to add insurance to your order, please select the appropriate option at checkout or contact us before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend taking photos of the package and contents immediately.
